- Checks received from the dealer warranty claims, monitoring compliance with the manufacturer warranty policy;
- Training and consulting engineers for warranty dealerships on the preparation and issuing of warranty claims;
- interaction with the manufacturer's warranty on the car.
Automotive Manager / Engineer and Quality Assurance Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in the automotive industry);
- Experience of a specialist / engineer for the guarantee;
- Knowledge of warranty procedures and documentation;
- foreign language (speaking, technical).
