Automotive Regional sales manager
Responsibilities:
- Development of a dealer network to meet sales plans;
- Coordinating the preparation of annual plans by dealers for sales and marketing plans;
- market analysis and competitors' activities, development activities and events aimed at stimulating sales;
- implementation of corporate standards, manufacturer's dealerships;
- training and motivation of sales staff;
- planning and coordination of delivery vehicles to dealers;
- provision of information, technical, legal and advertising support dealers in car sales.
Automotive Regional sales manager Requirements:
- Successful sales experience in automobile / FMCG segment (specifically stipulated);
- experience in developing partnerships with distributors / key customers;
- experience of effective people management;
- higher education;
- analytically skills, basic knowledge of marketing;
- good English language (specifically stipulated).
